Packing Metrics combines counts from sensors on your lines, data from your machines, and what PATH already knows about the orders, lots and schedules being packed. Together they give you real-time OEE for every run, every line and every shift.
Counting
Sensors count every bag.
A break beam sensor on the line counts each bag as it passes. The line's OEE score and bags per minute update on the floor screen as it happens.

Connecting to your equipment over OPC UA.
Optical graders, weigh scales, label printers and metal detectors will send their readings straight into PATH. When a machine stops, PATH will record the reason, so downtime comes with a cause instead of a guess.
Line scores
A live score for every line.
Each line is scored against what it should be packing. Red, amber or green, so anyone on the floor can see how it's going.
Downtime
See where the time went.
Unplanned downtime is totalled by reason, so you know which problems cost you the most hours.
